When you register or make a payment, we collect:
- Student details — name, class/grade, school name
- Parent/Guardian details — name, mobile number, email address
- Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI credentials
- Usage data — pages visited, browser type, device, and IP address (via standard web analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process enrollment and send class access details
- To send attendance reports, progress updates, and reminders via WhatsApp or SMS
- To respond to support queries
- To improve our classes and website experience
- To send promotional messages about new courses or offers (you may opt out at any time)
4. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for school-age children. We collect student information only with parental/guardian consent obtained during registration. We do not knowingly allow children to register independently and we do not share student data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely
- WhatsApp Business API — to send class updates and notifications
- Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — anonymized usage analytics only
- Legal authorities if required by law

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your child is enrolled with B2P Teachers and for up to 2 years after the last interaction, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
